TRIPOLI/BENGHAZI (Reuters) - Libyans delighted at Muammar Gaddafi's downfall celebrated the end of Ramadan feast Wednesday, even though the ousted leader remains on the run and forces loyal to him are defying an ultimatum set by Libya's interim council.
