Coach of the Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia Sewnet Bishaw has declared in clear terms that their mission in Calabar was to beat Super Eagles and qualify for the Brazil 2014 World Cup finals.

Confident Bishaw maintained that for his team to come this far, they are capable of beating the Eagles at their Calabar backyard and qualify for the World Cup. He also cautioned that Eagles were a good side and that his team needed not to be complacent about it.

"Any team that gets to this stage, is capable of qualifying for the World Cup and that's the case with us."

"My team is as good as beating Nigeria here and that's what is uppermost in our minds. "My boys are in good shape, we have worked hard enough to get here and the result of today's game will determine," the Ethiopian coach said.

That cannot happen. If they could not beat Nigeria in Ethiopia they can't do it here
