                 By SaharaReporters, New York           A book launch  scheduled to honour the retiring Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Aloysius Katsina –Alu has been  canceled again for undisclosed reasons. It is the second time the book launch which was first scheduled for August at the Yar’Adua Center in Abuja had to be cancelled.
