If the hardcopy is missing, is the softcopy missing as well. There is political gimix there which they are hidden. The president is not like many of our NASS whose yes means no because most of them are not worthy in terms of character from their constituency. Many never tell the truth even at their campaign promises and fulfillment. Our leaders should know that integrity counts.
