The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has detained “Issa goal.” crooner, Naira Marley a.k.a Afeez Fashola.
The popular singer is presently answering questions at the EFFC office in Lagos.
Even though the reason for his arrest is yet to be known, fans suspect it is linked to his comments on Instagram and Twitter that glorified Yahoo boys.
Mr Marley, in the popular Instagram live session, begged Nigerians to pray for Yahoo Boys since their cash reaches the common man.
His words were, “All you guys, all the money in your pockets, all the money you spend, you think it’s the government that is making the money go round?”
The clip has since gone viral with lots of Nigerian tagging him a disgrace and a terrible example to the youths.
