Brunel Energy is currently recruiting for the following position in Nigeria:

Job Title: Contract Administration
Job Title: 26414
Location: Lagos

Job Description:
Performing pre-award activities including :
1.   Invitation To Tender preparation
2.   Coordinating bid clarifications and tender bulletins.
3.   Managing bid evaluation (technical commercial)
4.   Providing contractual / commercial advice as appropriate
5.   Liaison between bidders and Project management to resolve bid exceptions.
6.   Organizing contract award and signature processes.
7.   Overseeing due diligence, supplier registration/certification processes
8.   Maintains contract database for all contracts starting with bidders list to bid document, tender clarifications, tender bulletins, bid exceptions, final contract document
9.   Insure that all of the above activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the company's Procedures and Policies.
10.   Any other duties as required by Senior Contracts Engineer, Project Managers and Project Controls Manager

Qualification:
•   Required Qualifications: Educated to degree level.
•   Desired Qualifications: Professional or degree level qualification in QS, Business or legal
•   Professional Experience: Experience in contract administration of Oil Gas Projects for a minimum of 10 years and with a major oil company for a minimum of five years.
•   Good understanding and experience of procurement and contract administration processes and principles from preparation and issue of Bidders Lists, Contracting Plans and bid invitation package preparation through to award, administration and close out of Contracts.
