National Institute for Theoretical Physics, Chris Engelbrecht Summer School 2012: South Africa

Proposals for the 23rd Chris Engelbrecht Summer School on Theoretical Physics, to be held in January 2012, are hereby invited. All members of the South African Physics community affiliated to a South African institution may submit a proposal.

The proposal must contain a short title for the school, a brief description of the topics to be covered and its relevance to current research trends in Theoretical Physics as well as its relevance to the South African Physics and Theoretical Physics community.

A list of at least five speakers and a possible organizing committee must also be provided.

In addition NITheP will nominate a representative to serve on the organizing committee. Proposals must be sent to renekotze@sun.ac.za before or on the 3rd of January 2011. Proposals will be screened in January 2011. Financial and logistical support will be provided by NITheP.
