WebDwarf is an easy-to-use drag-and-drop web page maker that enables you to create a single-page website without the need for any HTML or CSS knowledge.
It offers a drag-and-drop interface that allows you to easily insert and arrange text element and images as well as shapes and backgrounds. You can format text elements with a word processor interface that includes a spell checker and a link editor to insert hyperlinks.
Once you have finished your design, the integrated FTP client can upload your page (along with all images) to your web hosting account. Other features include support for layers, basic image editing features and several template designs to get you started.
