DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: – Develop, Implement and monitor marketing/sales Scheme. – Will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, researching and analyzing sales option. – Responsible for achieving sales target. – Ensure adequate follow-up with clients after sales/marketing. – Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and conferences.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: – Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Marketing with a minimum of  4 years marketing experience in real estate company or any reputable company. – Ability to work both independently or as part of a team. – Strong written and oral communication in English. – Efficient marketing strategies/skills. – Knowledge of property laws is an added advantage.
