Finally—after a summer of testing (http://allfacebook.com/facebook-tests-ability-to-edit-posts_b119362), Facebook has decided to support (http://www.theverge.com/2013/9/26/4774152/facebook-now-lets-users-edit-posts-on-web-and-android-ios-support) the editing of posts after they've been published. Previously, user regret forced people to delete their posts—along with any "likes," comments or related links, videos or photos—and start again.

The feature launches on the website and Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.facebook.katana) today, and will be coming soon to Facebook's iOS app (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/facebook/id284882215?mt=8).
