Position: Card Service Officer (PIN Mailer)

Key Responsibilities:

•   Follow the laid down procedures at all times.

•   Timely production of PIN Mailers.

•   Pack PIN Mailers as per the existing controls and procedures.

•   Timely dispatched of produced PIN Mailers.

•   Handling branch queries relating to PIN Mailers.

•   Follow controls on Accessibility of PIN Mailers Production Area.

•   Ensure proper communication and flow of information within the Card management Unit.

•   Freely share views on the areas with controls lapses.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Minimum of a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of 2.2 and above.

•   Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in Financial Institution.

•   Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and great at calculations.

•   Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

•   Ability to multitask and manage a heavy work load.
