Job Overview: – Responsible for the family takaful operations of the company which include Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims and Retakaful

.

Key Responsibilities: – Formulate, direct and coordinate the Family Takaful Division in line with the company's strategic direction and corporate objectives – Design, develop, execute and monitor the underwriting and actuarial functions and policies, process workflow, and Standard Operating Procedures – Design, develop, execute and monitor the claims functions and policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures – Design, develop, execute and monitor the retakaful functions and policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures

Person Specification:

Educational Qualifications: – First degree in any subject. – MBA or Masters degree in a related subject is an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications: – ACII is mandatory

.

Experience: – Minimum of 15 years experience of which 10 years must be in Life Insurance. – In addition,candidates must have spent at least 5 years in a Senior Management position.
