NES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the Oil Gas Industry. Our client, a major Oil and Gas Operator have an opportunity for an Offshore Company Site Representative.
Responsibilities: – Ensuring, in cooperation with the Company HSE Engineer, that risk assessments are properly conducted. – Managing the site construction supervision team and control the activities of the wellhead platforms installation and pipelines EPCI contractor and his subcontractors related to the offshore installation of wellhead platforms, bridges and offshore pipeline laying operations. – Supervising all aspects of contractor surveys (pre-engineering, pre-lay, laying, post-lay, etc.) – Supervising and following-up the workshop, worksite, onshore, offshore installation and subsea works. – To manage contractor in the execution of modifications works on OTTO 5 floatel as COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. – To follow-up and supervise pipe manufacturing activities ensuring that company requirements are fulfilled prior to start of manufacturing. – To perform inspections and acceptance tests, witness laboratory testing as requested for pipeline materials, in accordance with the approved inspection test plan (ITP) – To manage the contractor in the execution of the worksites fabrication (spools, risers, riser guards, spreader bars etc.) and pipeline coating works.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience within a similar role within the oil and gas sector.
