well most of this things are true,but am not sure i can do every of it...as i still have some afrikan blood running in me,so its totally impossible to be western 100%,though am trying...

l agree with you. It is difficult for a typical African man to comply with all. The demands are mostly westernized. To be candid, l can't comply with all, either!
