Responsibilities:

• Physical measurements of the amount of work done on site under the direct supervision of QS

• Liaise with QS, QC and QC officer to prepare reports on errors of execution and charging costs to subcontractors in question.

• Perform all the necessary quantity control for materials received on site.

• Respond for the received products on site. Ensure proper handling and storage of products received on site as per Site Manager / QS / QC indications.

• Responsible for compliance with instructions received from the QS/ Site Manager

• Keep track of all handed over materials given daily to subcontractors on site for performing on site.

• Oversee the quantity of material handed over on site.

• Perform such other duties and tasks have been assigned by QS /Site Manager

• Drawing up daily specific quantity reports and liaise with QS and Civil Works Responsible to ensure daily rational usage of materials on site.

• Inform about the necessary materials and stocks on site

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

• First Degree in any engineering field from a reputable University

• Critical and prone to quality

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and ability to work in team

• Priority setting and problem solving skills

• At least 2 years related experience in a construction industries with in depth technical knowledge of construction

• Must possess good organizational skills and be able to pay strong attention to detail.

• Have the ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team environment.

• Must possess excellent IT skills- MS Word, A-Cad and MS Excel

• Good written and spoken English. Ability to work flexibly & under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines; including the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
