Job description
1. Strictly following Operation and Maintenance procedures as required by SLA when troubleshooting an application.
2. Check and Make sure of Business applications availability;
3. Daily Incident and Issues reporting to the BSS Team Leader;
4. Maintaining daily incident and issues log book;
5. Supporting the users of business systems by maintain the ongoing configuration of the systems
6. Provide functional and technical support to the end-users;
7. Provide functional Training to the end-users;
8. Provide documentation for developed application or scripts (code commenting, developer's guide, users' guide and operation manual).
9. Maintain awareness of developments and trends in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
10. Initiate changes and continuous improvement to business processes.
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Trouble shooting, report writing and working as a Team Player
• English: Fluent
Preferred
• At least 3 years experience in Trouble shooting, report writing and working as a Team Player
Additional information
• Elaborate and modify procedures
• Participates in the analysis of users reporting and analysis requirements
• Give recommendations for MIS evolution
