Position: Logistics Administrator (permanent vacancy)

Description & Other Requirements:
•   Based at our head office in Antwerp, you are responsible for the coordination and follow-up of suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines and other partners abroad.
•   You see to the timely delivery of goods and shipping documents around the world
•   Responsible for the accurate and fast follow-up of your own files
•   Issue and control of shipping documents
•   You will be supporting your colleague traders as well as our partners
•   You are a well-organized, punctual individual with a talent for administration.
•   A sense of structure and analysis are an indispensable asset to successfully accomplish all the tasks under time pressure
