Title: Fulbright Foreign Student Program: Scholarships for Postgraduate Study in the US

Grants to pursue academic courses, for credit, at post-graduate level, or to engage in research or projects supervised by an approved institution, or to do coursework for non-degree purposes.

Academic Requirements:
   1. For Master's studies: Bachelor (Hons) or an equivalent four-year university or technikon (B.Tech) degree
   2. For PhD studies: a Masters degree
   3. For non-degree studies: registered for PhD in South Africa

Application Information:
    *      Applications for the 2012-2013 academic year are NOW OPEN.
    *      Length of grant: Two years
    *      Start of grant: 13-15 months after application deadline
    *      Average number of grants per year: 20
    *      Competition base: South African
