Job Description:

Our client is a leading energy logistics company, located in Nigeria, West Africa. Their services include port terminal operations and logistics/supply service solutions for Oil and Gas operators in this region. They are currently looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager to develop their enterprise risk assessment management process in this context.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for putting measures  and policies (of international best practice) in place to protect the company from potential or existing financial and operational risks; in addition to creating risk awareness within the organisation.

You will be entitled to rotational work days followed by statutory days of paid leave, safe and secure furnished living quarters, return flights and a comfortable expatriate benefit package which will be subject to your qualifications/experience.

The following qualifications are needed for you to qualify for this role:

1) A minimum of 5 years proven experience in risk management. A professional qualification or membership to a relevant professional body is an added advantage.

2) Working and comprehensive knowledge of creating and implementing risk management strategy and processes alongside the ability to put relevant tools and software to work.

3) Ability to plan, manage and organize tasks and small teams.

4) Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
