Qualifications:

Education:

• University Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Good English, oral and written.

• At least 1 year of experience in application development

Required

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 2 years experience in Providing technical expertise on SMS, MMS, WAP, WEB, services

•   At least 2 years experience in Designing and deploying VAS services and solution.

•   At least 2 years experience in Enhancements, bug fixing and support of the VAS products,VAS Platform, Working experience on VAS Platform, and service requirement definitions.

•   At least 2 years experience in Working on Linux/Unix based OS

•   At least 2 years experience in connecting SMSC, MMSC, WAP Gateways

•   At least 2 years experience in Documenting VAS service design scope

•   At least 2 years experience in Support Integration and Acceptance Testing,The role holder is responsible for the implementation of any new service in the allocated time.

•   At least 2 years experience in Propose optimization and modification of existing and new services provided through the VASP,Generates relevant weekly and monthly reports for VAS products.

•   At least 2 years experience in Monitoring the performance of VAS products based on the set of KPI,Working closely with vendor support teams and product line in managing faults, detailed diagnostics and fault resolution.

•   At least 2 years experience in Working closely with 2nd tier support teams and vendor product line support in managing faults and escalation, carrying out change requests`, and implementing planned works.

•   English: Fluent

Preferred

•   Master's Degree in Information Technology
