RENAISSANCE ACADEMY – FINANCE & MARKETS PROGRAM

Eight-week standard course, comprising of breakfasts, dinners and networking events with Business Heads and their teams at least twice weekly.

The Course content is following:
•   Introduction/Setting the Scene, Accounting
•   Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis
•    Company Valuations and Financial Modeling
•   Equities and Equity Markets
•   Derivatives, Financial Math/Bond Math
•   Fundamentals of Bonds and Fixed Income Products
•   Project presentations: Corporate Finance, Equity Product Group, Derivatives, Equity Structured Product Group

Duration: 8-week course (July – August 2011)

What happens afterwards?
On completing the Program, you will join one of the business areas in Front Office.

RENAISSANCE ACADEMY – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Four-week standard course, comprising of breakfasts, dinners and networking events with Business Management Heads and their teams at least twice weekly.

The Course content is following:
•   Introduction/ Setting the Scene
•   Introduction to Investment Banking
•   Project Management
•   Capital Markets
•   Operations
•   Computing Skills, Career Skills
•   Presentation Skills, Research Projects
•   Final Assessment as a result of Training

Duration: 4-week course (October 2011)

On completion of the Business Management Graduate Program you will join one of the areas within Business Support Group that reflects your skills, ambitions and our business requirements.

3) Assessment Center

If you are successful in both tests, the next stage of our selection process is the Assessment center. It is usually consists of variety of tests, team/group exercise and competency based interview.
