The need to consolidate our position as leading training organisation in 2016, as well as expand our areas of expertise beyond just RF and Transmission has created opportunity for practicing telecom experts to join our team or resource persons, as Telecom Consultants.

As telecom consultant, you will draw up course outline in your telecom area of expertise, develop curriculum around it, and deliver PRACTICAL training on it to our trainees on demand. Training delivery period should not exceed a maximum duration of 5 days.
.
Qualification: – You do not have to be a graduate. As long as you have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in your primary area of specialization, backed up with appropriate industry certification, we are happy to offer you our platform to transfer technology to the telecom experts of the future – our trainees. Our areas of interest cover, but are not limited to, the PRACTICALS of the following:

• How to Splice Fibre Using Splicing Machine
• Fibre to The Home Engineering
• Technical Support/Customer Care in Telecom
• NOC Operations
• In-depth BSS Engineering with Field Trips
• Radio Network Optimization Practical
• 4G Equipment Configuration
• Switching Operations
• Vendor Equipment Installation & Upgrade
• Field Support Engineering
• Fundamentals of Rigging
• Telecom Project Management.

Remuneration: – Your job will be project-oriented while your remuneration will be commission-based. We will provide you with students and training infrastructure. You will deliver the approved PRACTICAL curriculum for a percentage of generated revenue.
