Position Title: Network Support IP/ Voice Engineer

Job Summary:
This role is for a voice engineer with adequate knowledge and experience of VOIP, PABX, and other voice technologies available in the industry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing, installing and maintaining VoIP and telephony products for an organization includes ensuring that network communications architecture is functioning efficiently.
• Coordinate voice PABX and network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.
• Serve as the customers' consultant for all of Clients voice technology related services.
• Perform level 3 technical support and escalation for telecommunications voice issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or related discipline
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in related area and increasing responsibility.
Job Requirement:
• Consult with client organizations to understand their business and technical needs.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously each with critical deadlines.
• Industry certification related to Cisco based IP network, voice system; routers, security, operating systems, etc. And ITIL are desirable.
• Cisco Certification – CCVP & CCIP.
• Good leadership, communications, and facilitation skills.
