Job Title: Assistant Manager (Legal)

Location: Jos, Nigeria

Employer: Financial Service Regulatory Organisation

Responsibilities:

•   Monitoring developments in the legislative and legal system

•   Monitoring laws generally with particular attention to laws relating to our business

•   Advising on any action or proposed action in connection with any legislation order, Decree or Act

•   Preparing memoranda for consultation with government, their agencies or other statutory bodies

Competencies:

•   Analytical ability

•   Attention to detail

•   Persuasiveness

•   Sound judgment

Qualification:

•   LLB/BL.

•   A Masters degree will be an advantage

Experience:

•   Minimum of 6 years post NYSC work experience,

•   Experience in the financial services sector will be an advantage
