Purpose of the Role: Ensuring safety of construction, Steel Erection and Racks ,Assembly on Site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to the Unilever safety/environmental rules and standards.

• Develop a PPE matrix for site works and ensure compliance.

• Conduct and spearhead risk assessment/safe method statement for project jobs.

• Train contractors on Unilever SHE policies and standards.

• Drive daily tool box stock on project sites

• Ensure that all energy isolation points are LOTO.

• Conduct machine (e.g crane) inspection using checklist and document them.

• Conduct fire and energy equipment audit using checklist and document them.

• Identify and drive accident prevention initiatives.

• Identify and drive energy and water conservation initiatives.

• Ensure all work at height is in accordance with standard including the Unilever standards on scaffolds.

• Collate, report and keep records of all safety KPIs e.g unsafe act, unsafe condition, near misses, man-hour work, LTA etc.

• Ensure 5S on project sites.

Knowledge Required:

•   2 years practical experience in FMCG manufacturing company.•

•   Highly Analytical with passion for growth

•   Interpersonal and Communication

•   Confidentiality, HIGH integrity and ability to work with less supervision.
