Mapoly Expels 14 Students For Attempt To Rig SuG Elections

It was really suprising that certain students would think of Rigging The Student Union Government [SUG] election, students who participated in this shameful acts were counted to be up to 14, and the MAPOLY Management Board and Council really frown on such a wrong act, and for participation in the Rigging Act, these students were BANNED from and forever EXPELLED from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
It was no fewer than 14 students of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta, Ogun, who had been expelled for their roles in the crisis in the Students' Union Government (SUG) elections. This statement was signed by Mr Sulaimon Adebiyi, the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Public Relations Officer, who has on Wednesday, the 29th Of September 2012, said that the authorities of the polytechnic also proscribed the SUG. According to The MAPOLY public relationship Officer, The Management Council of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, has just proscribed the Students Union of the Polytechnic and expelled not less than 14 students for their roles in Tuesday Election crisis that nearly crumbled the institution.       
This development becomes imperative following the disruption of the Students Union Government Election which was fixed and scheduled on Tuesday, the 18th of September, 2012 on the campus. This act which led to the cancellation of the election by the Students Union Electoral Committee, was endorsed by the management.                                   
Still speaking on the issue, the Mapoly Public Speaking Relationship Officer said that While assuring parents and students of peace on campus, the management, hereby affirms that the second semester examination will commence on September, the 24, 2012.                                           
The School management also warned and advised the expelled students to leave the polytechnic for their good and return every possession of the school in their hands back to the educational institution.
