Job Description:

•   Responsible for first line support on all desktops/laptops

•   Coordinate and administer the change management process according to ITIL standard

•   LAN troubleshooting and resolution

•   Ensure all request logged are assigned ticket numbers.

•   Interface with resolver teams and follow up to ensure resolution on assigned tickets.

•   Generate weekly and monthly reports on call classification, total number of calls, total closed within SLAs, outstanding closures.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   HND/First Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

•   IT experience essential.

•   Fluent spoken English

•   Fluent spoken French
