Responsibilities:
Managing stock levels and make key decisions about
stock control
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning,
Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff in
liaison with the Head of HR
Conducting appraisals and performance reviews
Providing or organizing training and development
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
Responding to customer complaints and comments
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and
customers, and identifying or
resolving urgent issues
Monitoring what close competitors are doing, initiating
changes to improve the business

Qualification :
B.Sc or OND/HND in Marketing, Business
Administration or other related fields.
1 year cognate work experience
