Baker Hughes Incorporated is looking for an experienced Downhole Tools Specialist for our Pressure Pumping product line in Nigeria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•    Performs assembly, checking, and dressing of all necessary downhole tools and equipment required for jobs including operations and maintenance of Pressure equipment at the facility.

•    Provides an inventory record of all Downhole Tool assemblies as run at the well site to the internal and external Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations.

•    Executes all required responsibilities safely and as described in BHOS.

•    Managing Well Operations and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

•    Conducts all business activities in accordance with BakerHughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

•    Performs other related duties as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

•    Four/Two year Technical Degree preferred.

•    5 -8 years Industry experience and product line training showing proper skill acquired.

•    Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

•    Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.

•    Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements.

•    Ability to work under minimal supervision- receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on well site activities.

•    Determines and develops resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the well site of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

•    Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and operating the various and complex Down hole tools and Pressure equipment.

•    May be the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
