Microsoft Visio Viewer is an application that enables viewing Visio diagrams and drawings (created with Visio 5.0, 2000, 2002, 2003 or 2007) through Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher web browser.

Microsoft Visio Viewer brings the functionality of Visio drawings, charts and illustrations in a web-based environment. It is useful especially for teams having members in different locations that need to work together.

Toolbar buttons, keyboard shortcuts or menu items from the right-click menu provide the means for panning and zooming in the drawing window. Properties of any shape can be viewed by opening the Properties and Settings dialog box and selecting the desired shape.

The Display Settings tab from the Properties and Settings dialog box contains rendering and display settings for the drawings. Drawing-layer visibility and color settings are found in the Layer Settings tab and annotation visibility and color settings reside in the Markup Settings tab.
