Trudon is offering undergraduate bursary for South African second and third year tertiary students to study at a South African tertiary institution (university). The main criteria for the selection of applications are financial need and academic potential but preference is given to black (Africans, Coloureds and Indian) applicants. Bursary covers registration and tuition fees, book allowance and residence fees (where applicable). Online application must be submitted every year in October.

Study Subject(s): Bursary is awarded in Informatics or Economics and Econometrics or Information Management or IT Management Computer Science and Informatics or Information Technology Multimedia Design Digital Media Studies.

Course Level: This bursary is awarded to students (2nd and 3rd years) who aim to study full time at a South African tertiary institution (university) towards an undergraduate degree.

-Informatics or Economics and Econometrics or

-Information Management or IT Management

-Computer Science and Informatics or Information Technology

-Multimedia Design -Digital Media Studies

-Multimedia Design and Digital Media Studies are awarded to students studying towards a Bachelor of Information Science (Publishing and Multimedia) and or Graphic Design qualification. These degrees represent fields of relevance to the company. Trudon does not award bursaries towards post-graduate studies.

-Academic Requirements Second or third year tertiary students: Majors and overall average minimum 60%.

Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: South African Students are eligible for this Bachelors bursary.

Scholarship Description: Further your career with a Trudon bursary aimed at assisting South African second and third year tertiary students. Regrettably no first year bursaries are available. Trudon is committed to the principles of Employment Equity.

Selection Criteria: The main criteria for the selection of applications are financial need and academic potential. Bursaries are reviewed after each examination based on the student's academic performance and renewed annually. All bursaries are granted on merit but preference is given to black (Africans, Coloureds and Indian) applicants.

Notification:

Phase 2 – Should you be successful in the first phase, you will be invited via email for psychometric assessments. The sessions will be held at Trudon Head office.

Phase 3 – Should you be shortlisted after Phase 2, you will be invited via email to attend a panel interview.

Phase 4 – Offers will be made to the successful candidates.
