Job Description:

•   To provide a single point of contact in IT division for other business units to meet their automation needs

•   Coordinates and manages other staff in the department

•   Analyzes user requirements and recommend effective and efficient solution

•   Liaises with Business and IT units in deploying optimal technology to meet user  requirements

•   Analyses core banking customizations/interface strategies with other 3rd party applications

•   Project management with emphasis on scheduling, estimating and costing

•   Data gap analysis between existing and new applications to achieve seamless interface

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   First Degree; Higher degrees/MBA/Professional certifications compulsory

•   10 years relevant experience

•   Banking operations, policies and procedures

•   Knowledge of product development tools

•   End user Support

•   Computer and Information Technology Appreciation

•   Infrastructure Planning and Implementation

•   Interpersonal Skills

•   Leadership and supervisory skills
