Role Summary/Purpose: The successful candidate who will report into the Regional Operations & Facilities Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and monitoring of rental toolings within the region and the yearly inventory.

Essential Responsibilities:   
The successful candidate will be responsible forthe following:
-Manage regional rental tool assets to optimize customer fulfillment, utilization and margin generation.
-Manage all regional customers owned equipment, including scheduling regular maintenance programs and providing suitable storage facilities.
-Manage and provide metrics on asset performance and customer equipment management to support management and operational decisions.
-Co-ordinate regional investment requests, linked to Fleet and Equipment management, to ensure alignment to business goals and budget.

Qualifications/Requirements:   
-BS or BA in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Materials Planning or similar degree.
-Three or more years of professional experience with manufacturing, production planning, asset management, inventory management or materials logistics.
-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in manufacturing and distribution supply chain management.
-Strong analytical skills with demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel
-Outstanding verbal and written communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
-High energy level
-Change agent with enthusiastic approach.
-Excellent team player, whilst still being a self-starter.
-Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Desired Characteristics:   
-Strong MRP knowledge.
-Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
-Strong project management and analytical/problem solving skills with demonstrated skill to scope and analyze. cross-functional problems and generate/implement solutions.
-Experience in service parts management and planning.
-Prior experience with Forecasting and Scheduling systems
