•   Solution Architects at Ericsson RSSA are the creative and investigative forces that drive the Ericsson business strategy with a strong technical backbone.

•   Ericsson architects are involved in a learning environment that also allows for the transfer of knowledge onto others, thus keeping motivation in the team high.

•   Ensure that all deliveries to customers, which also include documents, solution proposals, offers etc, are made in a professional way from a solution point of view, all in order to guarantee satisfied customers and secure profitability for Ericsson.

Main activities include:

•         Supporting the market and sales organization as an expert in the solution portfolio (including sales and pre-sales support).

•         Customer situation analysis (together with the CPM identify scope and cost estimation)

•         Design customer solutions

•         Take a technical lead in the execution phase of customer projects;

•         Define, manage and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers.

•         Deliver customer solution and prepare for Life Cycle Management

•         Identify new and add-on business opportunities

Qualifications:

•   Masters degree in electrical engineering or related field

•   Minimum 5 years experience in the Telecommunications industry working with IP & Broadband domain

•   Proven pre- and post-sales experience/track record

•   Knowledge of Ericson IP & Broadband solutions portfolio would be advantageous
