Job Title: Head (Reinsurance)-

We seek to employ a leader who can take charge of a profit center, leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will have full profit center responsibility. Management and leadership skills are of prime importance for the position.

The successful applicant will expectedly have the following attributes:
- Be University educated. Possession of a higher degree, especially the MBA, would be an advantage.
- Possess the ACII or ACIIN qualification.
- Have at least 12 years post-NYSC work experience, most of which will be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance broking company environment.
- At least 6 years management level experience
- An intimate knowledge of the Nigerian insurance environment, with an ability to understand and exploit the major influences on our markets
- High market visibility.
- An ability to take a successful Division to the next level by establishing a strong presence in regional reinsurance markets.
