The FT Bowen Craggs Index is the most detailed mass study of large websites produced. It has taken 1,000 hours to produce and is backed up with 750,000 words of analysis. FT Bowen Craggs examines websites and social media channels.

The list below is the 5th annual FT Bowen Craggs Index for 2011 Web Effectiveness of companies' websites. The index was published on 20 April 2011.
