1. Job title: Technical (engineer) Superintendents
Location: Onne Port, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
Monitor the technical performance of the fleet;
Assist and advice engineering crew on board on planned maintenance and problem solving;
Monitor engineering crew on board;
Prepare and plan dry docking and major technical modifications/repair;
Implement and maintain a high performance maintenance culture;
Report directly to the Technical Manager at the Lagos office.


2. Job title: Superintendent / Manager Projects
Location: Lagos / Onne Port, Nigeri

Responsibilities:
Prepare timely project and logistics planning for dry dockings of the fleet;
Follow up and complete fleet dry dockings;
All documentation and survey requirements for fleet dry dockings;
Refurbishment and other projects follow up (timely project/logistics planning, follow up, documentation/surveys);
Sea trials for new builds;
Report directly to the Technical Manager at the Lagos office.


3. Job title: Pipeline Engineer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
Prepare timely project and logistics planning for dry dockings of the fleet;
Follow up and complete fleet dry dockings;
All documentation and survey requirements for fleet dry dockings;
Refurbishment and other projects follow up (timely project/logistics planning, follow up, documentation/surveys);
Sea trials for new builds;
Report directly to the Technical Manager at the Lagos office.


Profile: (1, 2, & 3)
A first class Chief Engineer with over 10 years experience in offshore AHTS and/or construction;
Looking for a challenging position - combined with frequent vessel visits on and offshore.


4. Job title: Marine Co-ordinator
Location: Onne Port, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
Monitor technical and operational performance of the fleet;
Organize all logistics for the fleet;
Maintain client relationship on operational level;
Organize and manage the shore support team, co-ordinate all their activities;
Monitor and assess senior crew;
Report directly to the Operations Manager at the Lagos office.

Profile:
Master Mariner/Chief Officer with substantial experience in offshore AHTS and/or construction;
A knack for technics and logistics;
A confident, hands on coach with leadership;
Looking for a challenging shore position - combined with frequent vessel visits on and offshore.


5. Job title: Fabrication Manager
Location: Onne, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the welding and fabrication team;
Monitor QA/QC and ensure all quality procedures are implemented and maintained;
Prepare and advise on quotations;
Optimize all fabrication processes and advise on work opportunities;- Provide documentation on jobs in progress;
Report directly to the General Manager.

Profile:
Substantial managerial experience in steel construction and fabrication;
Must be hand on and have in depth experience in all facets of welding and QA/QC;

6. Job title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager works in the Lagos Office in a multicultural team and is the technical backbone of the Nigerian organization. In this role you report to the Technical Manager;
Together with your 4 man strong team you set up, complete and maintain a preventive maintenance management system to support the fleet's technical staff of approx. 150 people;
You collect and maintain all technical data on fleet, equipment and infrastructure based on which you set up and implement maintenance measures. You assess and compose the required spare parts and other tools stock on board and on shore;
You assist and advise the Technical Manager in the supply chain and stock management;
All this data is managed through an adequate IT management system (ERP) that you will implement and which will assure that all technical data on board is available and up-to-date;
You are the training and knowledge base for the crew and engineering staff and you develop a training plan to ensure that the staff has all relevant know-how;
You carry out offshore and onshore technical audits and suggest optimization and potential improvements in technical resources;
You manage the day to day activities of your team and support the Technical Manager who you back up on leave.

Profile:
You have a master degree in engineering (industrial or civil) and you have a proven track record in maintenance;
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an engineering role. Marine experience is not a must, but technique and engineering should be your passion;
You display an open and analytical mindset and leadership skills;
You are a hands-on, communicative professional who appreciates working in a multicultural environment;
You are computer minded. Experience with ERP, SAP or other IT based management systems is very relevant;
You speak English fluently. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
