Qualification: HND/B.sc with a First Class or Second Class upper in computer related  course. Professional certificate is an added advantage.

The Role:

The Successful candidate will be required to:

• Ensure achievement of DIAMOND MGT INT'L in the competitive market environment

• Work with team and Training Dept and HR to build personal sales capability

• Ensure promotional activity is in the right outlets and well managed. Has to keep and update a database of outlets within the territory.

• Responsible for ensuring the redistribution standards are adhered to by our clients.

• Ensure at a minimum, once a quarter reviews of DIAMOND MGT INT'L routes, and inclusion of new outlets

• Ensure effective customer/ business development to counter competitive activities in the territory

• Have accountability for POS materials deployed insales territory. Field of Study (if applicable): Sales, marketing or business operations.

• Professional Training and Certification: Business training and solution selling

• Technical certifications a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A passion for technology

• Measurable Consultative solution selling success

• Strong account management and business planning skills
