Job Descriptions: – The ideal candidates will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.

Responsibilities: – Organise and check repairs and maintenance – Make sure properties are being used for their intended purpose – Deal with tenancy applications and monitor tenancy agreements – Set and review rent – Ensure cordial relationship between landlords and tenants – Assess the potential of property for both short and long term use – Advise on land purchase issues – Attend meetings and work with other departments and organisations – Analyse financial and other data, and write and present reports – Keep up to date with land management, building control and environmental issues.

Qualification & Experience: – Relevant university Degree in Estate Management, Law /equivalent – A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in the a similar role – Professional qualification is an added advantage – Not older than 35years old – Preferably a male – Ability to go the extra-mile.
