EZ37 Solutions is recruiting a Marketing And Communication Manager for a Micro Finance Bank.

Requirement: – Responsible For Planning, Development And Implementation Of All The Organization's Marketing Strategies, Marketing Communication And Public Relation Activities In-line With Corporate Strategies. To Be Invloved In All Forms Of Organization Communications: Both Internal And External. Skills Required Good Interpersonal Relationship Marketing And Negotiating Skills Good Problem Solving Skills In Handling Issues Ability To Take And Use Initiative A Good Sense Of Delegation Of Duties Good Use Of Time And Time Management.

Job Description:

•A minimum of first degree in Marketing or other related fields.

•At least 5 years of marketing, communication and branding experience, including experience in developing and implementing communication programs and materials for various audience.

•Prior experience in financial services, telecommunication or FMCG industry in a similar role. •Excellent project management skills.

•Impressive written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills. •Ability to work with limited supervision and self-directed to achieve. Good understanding of microfinance industry is an advantage.
