NORMAN STORES PLC is company that specializes in the distribution, wholesale, dealership, installation, maintenance and servicing of household items and accessories, viz Ac Floor Support, Lcds Walls Brackets, Microwave Brackets, Fridges, Deep Freezer, Dvd And Cds Player, Home Theatre Systems, Cosmetics, Carpet Underlays, Cushions, Foam Blocks, Catering Equipment, Cooking Gas, Cylinder,  Microwave Oven, etc.  We are currently inviting qualified and capable hands to fill the following vacant positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a clerk at the front desk you are responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, and directing them to the proper department or person. You may be responsible for answering phones as well and directing the incoming calls to the parties they are trying to reach. Other duties may include typing correspondence, employee relations, running errands, and much more.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: 1. A degree in English, humanities, social science or any related discipline with not below second class  lower grade. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Computer literacy. 5. Must be enthusiastic, personable, and presentable 6. Warm personality 7. Must be able to multi-task. 8. Ability to work well under stressful conditions
