Job description

1.Design security policy and ensure adherence to standards.

2.Identify, establish and communicate the various IT Security policies and standards in line with ISO 27001

3.Implement a protection system, that includes people, processes, technology resources

4.Provide direct training/awareness and oversight to all employees, contractors, alliances, or other third parties, ensuring proper information security clearance in accordance with established organizational information security policies and procedures.

5.Coordinate the preparation and execution of IT Security Strategy, Plans, Projects and Budgets.

6.Execute investigative assignments and security audit services status reports as may be required by Internal Audit.

7.Develop the scope for operational, information technologies, and security audit projects and select/develop appropriate audit steps necessary to promote effective audit coverage

8.Oversee the security and SARM requirement for Windows, Databases, Networks and UNIX systems

9.Ensure all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of assets, employee, and business information is in compliant with the organization's information security policies and procedures.

10.Ensures IT Group conforms to the ISO standards. T

11.Responsible for focus on the definition, implementation, auditing, measurement and improvement of controls for specific processes that span the entire IT implementation life cycle.

12.Aligns priorities and plans with key business objectives.

13.Ensure that service levels and vendor obligations are met.

14.Translate the needs of the business, typically defined in security policies, into technical control requirements and specifications, with associated metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting.

Required

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 4 years experience in Risk Management and Security Management

•   At least 4 years experience in Reporting and Analytical skills

•   At least 4 years experience in Documentation, presentation and Problem Solving

•   English: Fluent

Preferred

•   Information Technology

•   At least 5 years experience in Risk Management and Security Management

•   At least 5 years experience in Reporting and Analytical skills

•   At least 5 years experience in Documentation, presentation and Problem Solving
