I was perturbed when I saw this photo. I could not figure out why it exists. Can you tell?

In my opinion, the funny photo as to do with over reliance of women on men for financial responsibility or support, in most part of Africa and Asia, as against some parts of Europe and America, where most women are independent, financially. :)
