Job Title: Head, Mobile Banking & Alert Company: Indigenous Bank via PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Location: Nigeria Job Type: Full Time Qualification: BA/BSc/HND  Job Field: Banking   . Roles & Responsibilities: - Setup branch users - Prompt response to branch complaints and inquiries - Act as contact for all branches on issues concerning virtual banking - Ensure SMS are delivered to customers - Provide detailed report of all activities within the sub-unit on daily, weekly basis and monthly basis. Business Development . Requirements: - Minimum education level - A good first degree in any discipline - A minimum of 0 - 5 years' experience e-business, customer service, virtual banking or Related functions.
