Position: Card Service Officer (Production)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

•   Follow the laid down procedures at all times.

•   Generate Card files from the banking application, and send data to InterSwitch for data generation.

•   Access Card Management Console for activities such as to Hot listing of Cards and PIN re-issue.

•   Attend queries and provide First level Support.

•   Managing the overall operations and control functions in the Card Business and ATM Reconciliation.

•   Monitor and ensure that any exception trend is timely reported and the root cause and suggested remedy reported to the management for timely resolution.

•   ATM Debit Card Custodian.

•   Pack cards as per the existing controls and procedures.

•   Timely dispatch of cards to branches.

Qualifications and Requirement:s:

•   Minimum of a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of 2.2 and above.

•   Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in Financial Institution.

•   Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and great at calculations.

•   Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

•   Ability to multitask and manage a heavy work load.
