There are three categories of thieves, or call it robbers. The following types are explained below:

Such thieves don't have the mind to steal big but steal regularly. Such thieves does not need weapons to carry out his/her act and does not even need to operate in group. They are always seen as bad children and no one wants his children to get to such people.

2. Armed Robbers: These are thieves who uses dangerous weapons such. As guns, grenades, dynamites etc. They still big and targets financial institutions and bullion vans. Most times such thieves carry out their action in group. Nowadays they even come in big cars fully loaded with their operation equipment. They are ready to do anything even if it means to kill to achieve their aims. They are killed or allowed to rot in jail when caught.

3. Pen Robbers: They are supposed to make life better for the people whom they are leading (either in the public or private sector) but end up making it worst with the power of the pen. They increase figures with the pen thereby increasing their bank accounts. They are also ready to kill those who wants to stand on their way. Since they have the power, they cover up such killing promising that the killers will be unravelled but this never comes to pass. Instead of being punished, they are hailed all over the society and given chieftancy titles and national honors. this type is peculiar in Africa Nigeria, among those in positions of trust and authority.

Why is the treatment given to Armed Robbers and Pen Robbers different? This is something that needs to be addressed.
