Position Description:

•   Prepare all shipping documents as necessary

•   Prepare Form 'M' and ensure copy of approved receipt from respective bank within 48 hours of submission

•   Process Duty requisition within 10 business days

•   Monitor forwarding and customs clearance of shipment within contracted time

•   Review status of clearing reports and check accuracy

•   Post clearing report on company intranet and update daily

•   Maintain contact with appropriate bank(s) and Government agencies to boost shipping process

Position Requirements:

•   A Bachelor's degree (minimum of second class lower division) or its equivalent in Science, Engineering or any relevant social science discipline.  

•   Minimum of 10 years in materials/logistics, procurement, contracts and supply chain in the oil & gas industry and membership of relevant professional body is desirable.
