Duties: – The Chief Programmer/System Analyst should be able to compile and present reports of the Unit to the Director. – He/she should be able to take charge of computer and data processing development planning. – He/she should be ready to perform any other duties as may be assigned to him/her.

Qualifications and Experience: – Applicant should be a holder of a good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma (HND) at credit level in Computer Science with at least seventeen (17) years post qualification cognate/working experience OR a candidate possessing Master's Degree in Computer Science with at least fourteen (14) years' post qualification cognate experience or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science with at least eleven (11) years cognate experience from a recognised institution. . – Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Computer Professional Registration Council) is mandatory.

Qualities: – The Chief Confidential Secretary must be a person of proven integrity. – He/she should be able to display the ability of proper management of office environment. – He/she must be intellectually and professionally sound and demonstrate initiatives in the execution of responsibilities and also ensuring "on the job training" for subordinates.
