Job Description: – The officers must be people willing and ready to function effectively in any of the departments/units of company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: – First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any Social Science discipline. – Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in a structured organization – Experience in Real Estate industry will be an advantage – Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to co-ordinate and manage human and other assets of the company – Analytical mind and proactive attitude to evaluate, review and implement company policies and procedures – Good knowledge of the domestic economy – Mature, self-motivated, fast learner and team player – Ability to plan, think and act strategically; – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – IT proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint) – Proficient in spoken and written English – Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate will be an added advantage. – Not more than 35 years
