The A.E. Ringwood Scholarships are designed to attract students of high calibre to pursue PhD research in Earth Sciences at Australian National University (ANU).

Field of Study: Earth Sciences
Value: A$8,002 (2009 rate) per annum, tax free paid in fortnightly instalments

Other Benefits: Awardees of this scholarship will have been successful in obtaining a full Tuition Fee Scholarships and an ANU (stipend) Scholarship; which include travel to Canberra; reimbursement of some removal expenses; thesis reimbursement allowance.

Duration: Three years full-time with a possible six month extension.
Take Up By: 31 March
Eligible Program(s): PhD

Eligibility: Bachelors degree with first-class honours, or a research Masters degree from a recognised university; International Students

Selection based on: Selection is automatic and based on merit
Conditions of Award: TBA

Application: There is no seperate application process as the scholarship is awarded to the highest ranked eligible candidate.
